Doing an excursion between Bavaro Excursions and the second party named “customer”, you assume to have read all ours politics.

-Pick up time: customers should arrived 15 minutes before the establish set time, which will be indicated when you purchase your activity, if not, client will miss the tour(s) and will not be refundable.

-Clients must follow all the rules and instructions of the excursions staff to operate any equipment.

-Liability: customer agrees that he/she is participating in the excursion voluntarily and of his/ her own free will and understands that the tour he/she will be doing it may contain a risk  of personal injury and loss or damage to his/her personal possessions. Customer agrees to assume the entire risk of any injury, loss or damage, which he/she may suffer arising out of his/her participation in the excursion as well customer releases Bavaro Excursions from all directs or indirects, punitive incidentals.

-Jurisdiction: this website is operated according to the laws of the Dominican Republic. You agree that all claims you may have against Bavaro Excursions arising from or relating to this website must be resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Dominican Republic.

-customer acknowledges having read and understood the above information and by booking online will waive certain legal rights including right to sue for damages.

Cancellations policies 

Your transfer(s) or excursions will apply the following policies:

1. Cancellations done within 48 hours prior the activity will be refunded 100%.
2. No shows guest are non-refundable, but some excursions are transferable for another day.
3. If weather conditions are unfavorable, so that the excursion cannot be done, then the tour will be reschedule for another day.
